Clinical Negligence Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join a busy Clinical Negligence team based in Hull. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their legal career by supporting complex medical claims from initial instruction through to resolution.

Clinical Negligence experience is essential for this role.

Duties:

• Support solicitors on sensitive and high-profile cases.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, and barristers.
• Help manage case files and legal documents with precision.
• Take ownership of tasks, working independently while collaborating with a friendly team.

Experience required:

• Experience in clinical claims.
• Law degree or relevant legal qualification, plus paralegal/legal assistant experience.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.
