Clinical Lead Nurse

Full-time Days

Salary: £52,000

Please note that our client does not offer Tier 2 sponsorship

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our client's dynamic team. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents. This role requires a skilled and knowledgeable individual with a background in nursing and a passion for clinical excellence within an elderly nursing home setting.

What We're Looking For
  • Registered Nurse with a valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Lead or in a similar leadership role (ideally within elderly care)
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality resident care
  • Excellent understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
  • Effective communication and mentoring abilities
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical governance and quality assurance processes within the home
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff within the nursing home
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient/resident care
  • Implement and monitor care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Conduct regular clinical audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a resource for evidence-based practice and clinical policies
  • Support the professional development of nursing staff through training and guidance
