Healthcare Clinical Recruitment has partnered with an innovative nursing and social care provider to lead the search for a Clinical Lead. This role will support the non-clinical manager in overseeing the nursing home, working alongside another Clinical Lead to ensure the highest standards of care.

Clinical Lead Duties:

• Provide effective clinical leadership to the nursing and care team, ensuring high standards of safe, person-centred care.
• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operational oversight of the nursing home, ensuring services run safely and efficiently.
• Oversee clinical governance, including care planning, risk management, and medication management to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, promoting professional development and a positive, quality-focused culture.

Clinical Lead Requirements:

• Must have extensive nursing home experience
• Must have an active NMC pin
• Will be clinically astute and competent in peg feeding, catheterisation, and auditing
