Overview

Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing, international healthtech startup transforming healthcare services. We are looking to hire a Clinical Lead to be the clinical face of the company, leading relationships with senior stakeholders and driving platform adoption.

Role responsibilities

If successful, you will play a pivotal role within the company's Business Development team, working closely with the CEO, Director of Sales, and Director of Partnerships. Acting as the clinical face of the company, you will lead frontline engagement, own strategic relationships, drive platform adoption, and shape the future of digital operations in healthcare. You will:

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the clinical face of the company
  • Deliver high-impact product demos and tailored presentations
  • Create and present compelling decks, proposals, and materials
  • Lead the deployment of the company's platform in clinical and operational settings
  • Work alongside internal teams to gather feedback, resolve user issues and address barriers to adoption
  • Co-develop clear success criteria and KPIs with hospitals and medical device companies
  • Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and challenges
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and grant funding
  • Represent the company at global conferences, workshops and strategic meetings
What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a clinical background and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in hospital settings. You should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience delivering digital technologies in hospital settings
  • Proven ability to build trust with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable influencing senior hospital leaders and non-clinical decision-makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to connect frontline insights to broader commercial or product strategy
  • Willing and able to travel weekly to hospitals across the UK and internationally
