Position: Clinical Lead - RGN at Chislehurst

Chislehurst is a 15-bed service providing specialist residential rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injuries or long-term neurological conditions.

Role Overview

The Clinical Lead supports the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care for residents. You will work closely with the management team on safeguarding, quality, and governance, leading service development and ensuring continuous quality improvement. Your role includes providing visible clinical leadership, influencing service development, and embedding best practices in daily operations.

This is a Nurse qualified role.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage staff across all areas, serving as the named lead for quality and governance.
  2. Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care, providing assurance as a Senior Nurse.
  3. Promote a culture of openness, person-centred care, and learning from incidents.
  4. Balance a passion for patient safety with leadership and coordination skills.
  5. Drive continuous quality improvement embedded into daily practice.
  6. Lead governance efforts to ensure compliance with external and internal quality standards, including CQC and ICB requirements.
  7. Provide visible clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team, ensuring standards of infection control and cleanliness are maintained.
Essential Qualifications
  • Current NMC Pin (RGN)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
