Are you an experienced Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact in complex homecare?

The Clinical Lead Role:

• Providing clinical oversight and leadership across complex care packages
• Supporting and mentoring nurses and care staff in the community
• Conducting clinical assessments, reviews, and risk assessments
• Developing and reviewing person centred care plans
• Ensuring clinical governance and compliance standards are maintained
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting business growth through safe mobilisation of new care packages

The Clinical Lead Candidate:

• RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience working within a homecare setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
• Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester

The Clinical Lead Package:

• Salary £40,000 - £46,000
