We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our expanding Nurse Flex team, field-based across The Wirral and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a versatile and confident nurse who enjoys variety, independence, and making a genuine difference to patients lives. Youll support a range of clinical programmes including biosimilars, wound care, stem cell therapies, and wider patient support services.
Main duties of the jobAs a Clinical Nurse Advisor, you will deliver high-quality clinical care, patient education, and service support both in hospital and homecare settings. You will work across multiple therapy areas, run nurse-led clinics, provide in-home patient support, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, patient-centred care. This role also involves supporting audits, service reviews, and data collection to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and education to patients, families, and carers in both hospital and homecare environments.
Work flexibly across multiple programmes, including biosimilar therapy support, wound care management, and emerging stem cell and regenerative treatments.
Run nurse-led clinics within hospital settings, providing expert support and guidance.
Provide in-home care and patient education to ensure continuity and adherence to treatment plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across NHS and private sites.
Accurately complete all documentation and ensure compliance with service operating procedures.
Support service reviews, audits, and data collection to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the wider Patient Solutions team to ensure seamless, patient-centred care delivery.
Person Specification Experience- Self-driven and organised professional able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with patients and healthcare teams
- Full UK/Irish driving licence
- Current NMC registration
- Minimum 2 years post-registration nursing experience
