  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain your own clinical competence and uphold professional standards
What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months helpline/advice line experience (essential)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Commitment to outstanding patient care and service quality
  • IT literate (Android/Windows)
  • Desirable: Post-registration qualification or experience in CVAD or Parenteral Nutrition.
Why Join Us?

This is your chance to take a leading role in a service that truly matters-supporting patients at crucial moments in their journey, empowering clinical colleagues, and driving excellence across every touchpoint.

If you're ready to lead with confidence, deliver integrity, and make a measurable impact for patients every single day-we want to hear from you.
