Clinical Director - Tunbridge Wells

Clinical Director - Tunbridge Wells

Brand-New Clinic £95,000 DOE 4 Days per Week No OOHs

Purovets is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing veterinary group as they launch a brand-new first-opinion clinic in Tunbridge Wells - and they're looking for an experienced vet to play a key role in shaping it from the very beginning.

This is an opportunity for a confident Senior Vet or Clinical Director to lead a multi-vet team, help establish the clinical culture and standards of a new practice, and have genuine influence over its development.

You'll be working alongside two other vets and a supportive nursing team, with a shared focus on delivering high-quality clinical care in a positive, collaborative environment. The role would suit a vet with around five years' experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and enjoys supporting and developing those around them.

• Shape a new practice - have genuine input into the culture, clinical standards and development of the clinic
• Leadership opportunity - lead and support a multi-vet team while continuing to develop clinically yourself
• Well-equipped practice - plenty of space and facilities to work cases up in-house
• 4-day working week with participation in the weekend rota
• No out-of-hours
• Supportive team environment with a strong emphasis on clinical standards and collaboration

• Salary up to £95,000 DOE
• Excellent benefits package
• 4 days per week
• No OOHs
• Excellent scope for clinical and professional development

If you're an experienced vet looking for something a little different - somewhere you can lead, influence and help build something from the ground up - this could be a really exciting next step.
