The Adult Emergency Department is a multi-functional medical and surgical emergency center recognized by the Swiss Society of Emergency Medicine and Rescue (SSMUS) and is a member of the Geneva Emergency Network (RUG). A reference center for the right bank, and neighboring France, we manage all emergencies within the framework of our Adult Emergency Services. We are recruiting a Clinic Physician/Hospital Doctor.Your mission:- Ensure the care of patients while guaranteeing the quality and safety of care.- Supervise assistants and interns on a daily basis: managing patient care, bedside support, and feedback across the entire spectrum of activity: vital emergencies and post-emergency follow-up.- Ensure adherence to the department's protocols and contribute to their continuous improvement.- Collaborate closely with the nursing team, specialists, and medical services.We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:- Medical degree or recognized equivalent MEBEKO title.- Minimum of 3 years in general internal medicine, ideally complemented by exposure to emergency medicine.- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families and within a multidisciplinary team, even in stressful situations.- Dynamic, rigorous, capable of adapting to a variable flow environment and engaged in clinical work.We offer:- A human-sized, dynamic, and stimulating service, with a collegial atmosphere that values proximity with hospital specialists, fostering cross-learning and quality supervision.- Active support from the medical hierarchy in your professional development and your progression towards a specialization title.- Personalized career paths with possibilities for advancement within the department and within a committed multidisciplinary team in development.
