Clinical Deputy Manager: Leading Compassionate, Safe Care

Waterside Care Home, part of Agincare Group, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated care team and deliver safe, person-centred care. You will support the Registered Manager, oversee clinical duties, and drive continuous improvement in care quality.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, and QCF 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with at least 12 months right to work in the UK.
