Job Description
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead in Dumfries to support the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team, and uphold the highest standards of care. You will coach staff, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a person-centred, quality-focused care environment.
