Set in a stunning country manor with beautiful gardens, this nursing home is under new management and seeking a clinically astute Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in enhancing care standards and improving the CQC rating.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire - Support and mentor the care team.
• Champion Well-Being - Assess needs and enhance residents' health.
• Ensure Quality Care - Develop and review care plans.
• Maintain Excellence - Oversee operations in the manager's absence.

Requirements

• Adult Nurse or RGN with NMC pin and clinical expertise.
• Focused on continuous development.
• Experience managing staff and standards.
• Skilled in dementia or end-of-life care.
• Proficient in care planning systems (ideally PCS).
