Main duties of the job

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the care home, working closely with the manager to ensure the provision of high-quality nursing and dementia care. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and leading the nursing team, managing clinical processes, and collaborating with residents and their families to understand and meet their needs. You will be an effective communicator and possess the ability to build strong relationships within the home.

Person Specification Qualifications

• You must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin. Previous experience in a leadership role within a care setting is highly desirable.
