Pay Rate: £24.50 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (2 shifts clinical, 2 shifts supernumerary)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join our beautiful nursing home set in its own gardens in Stourport-on-Severn. The ideal candidate will be RGN qualified with a solid background in nursing home care. Being local to the home is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.
• Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans.

Qualifications and Skills

• RGN Qualified with valid registration.
• Extensive experience in a nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both clinically and in a supernumerary capacity.
