Due to the internal promotion of our Deputy Manager to Home Manager, we are thrilled to offer a rare and exciting opportunity to join our passionate leadership team.

We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to support and lead our care team.

You'll be working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive Home Manager who champions development, growth, and learning-making this a fantastic stepping stone for your future career.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Clinical Excellence: Take the lead in ensuring the highest standards of tailored clinical care.
  • Inspire and Develop the Team: Support staff training, offer coaching and mentoring, and cultivate a culture of kindness and growth.
  • Be Present & Supportive: Step in when needed to provide hands-on support, including occasional shift work, and take the lead in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Make a Difference: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals to enrich the care we provide.
  • Embrace Flexibility: Work one weekend per month and adapt as needed to support the home's day-to-day needs.

About You:

  • A qualified RGN or RMN with current NMC registration.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and confident in leading others in a care setting.
  • Experience supporting elderly residents in a care home or similar setting.
  • A natural leader who is kind, flexible, and committed to training and developing others.
  • Able to balance supernumerary responsibilities with hands-on leadership when required.
