Clinical Deputy Manager - Care Home Nursing Leadership

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, compassionate nursing care across the home. You will lead clinical governance, supervise nursing and care staff, and ensure documentation, medications and assessments meet regulatory standards.
