Kent Law School is recruiting a solicitor and/or barrister with extensive experience in immigration law for a practitioner/academic role within the Kent Law Clinic, based at Kent Law School. The post aims to continue and develop the Clinic's immigration and social welfare work.

The role includes client casework, teaching, and supervising law students. Applicants must have extensive and relevant practice experience (as a solicitor or barrister) in immigration law, with a preference for knowledge of wider social welfare law. The successful candidate will collaborate with other Clinic Lawyers and Coordinators as part of the staff team, supervising and teaching students and representing clients.
