Clinic Manager Wexford

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager based in Wexford. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall clinic operations, managing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize services. Additional tasks include budget planning, staff training, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The position calls for excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, enabling the seamless delivery of healthcare services.

• Patient Service skills and a patient-focused approach to ensure excellent experiences for patients and their families.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to handle clinic operations effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to lead and liaise with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and medical practices to support clinical decision-making and operations.
• Experience in Training and developing staff to improve performance and maintain high service standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in managing healthcare or clinical facilities is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations in a high-pressure environment.
• Registered Nurse with the INMB
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in renal dialysis.
• Renal post grad qualification preferred or the willingness to undertake, supported by the company.
