We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead a leading luxury ophthalmology clinic group located centrally in London. This position is to manage 2 clinics reachable within central London.

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing financial aspects, and upholding compliance with regulatory standards such as CQC requirements. A background in veterinary or healthcare management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial activities including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control to optimise clinic profitability.
• Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, staff training, performance appraisals, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain accreditation standards through regular audits and assessments.

You should have experience within ophthalmology ideally!
