We're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for every customer. As a Climbing Instructor, you'll lead engaging, safe, and effective sessions that align with our high operational standards. Your role will go beyond instruction - you'll be a motivator, a guide, and a friendly face before and after sessions, ready to answer questions and support our members on their fitness journey.

You will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging climbing sessions that meet our operating standards.
• Motivate, guide, and assist members before and after sessions.
• Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Valid climbing qualification recognised by a professional governing body.
• Strong communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and patient attitude.

Work Arrangement

This is a casual position with no fixed hours. Work will be on an as-needed basis.
