Client Success & Account Lead - Print & Creative

The Pollard Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Account Manager) to join our growing team. Based at a site in Buckingham, Exeter or Plymouth, you'll manage client accounts and ensure their requirements are understood, delivered on time, and to a high standard.

You will act as the main contact for your clients, coordinating across design, print, wide format, mailing, merchandise and workwear services to foster strong relationships and repeat business.
