Are you a technically-minded Project Manager or Coordinator with a strong understanding of networking and infrastructure? We're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to take ownership of delivering key infrastructure services-including Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi, and Servers-to end clients.
About the Role:
You'll be the central point of contact between internal technical teams and customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project initiation and planning sessions with clients
- Oversee project delivery, implementation, and progress tracking
- Maintain regular client updates and manage expectations throughout delivery
- Support clients in understanding their current infrastructure and advising on migration paths
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Collaborate with network engineers and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Writing Statement of Works.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a project coordination or technical project management role
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals-switching, Firewalling, Wi-Fi, and Servers
- Confident engaging in technical discussions with both engineers and clients
- Ability to assess customer infrastructure and make informed recommendations
- Preparation of HLD and LLD for proposed solutions
- Solid grasp of project delivery principles, especially around risk and dependency management
- A technical background (eg, network engineer, systems engineer) is highly desirable
Formal PM certifications (eg, Prince2, PMP) are not required-but a structured, risk-aware mindset is essential.
