Job Description

THE TEAM specializes in delivering branding and signage, custom fabrication, live event production and experiential operations across sports, music and entertainment. Based in Los Angeles, our team serves iconic properties and brands worldwide.

What you will be doing

Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. In this role you will work on the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects throughout the UK, Europe and globally.

  • Manage the day to day running of key client projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Hold budget responsibility for individual projects including pricing, margin control and maximisation.
  • Compile client proposals, respond to new briefs, pitches and client negotiations.
  • Communicate clearly and manage client expectations.
  • Lead by example, manage team members and contribute positively to a wide range of projects.
  • Implement Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management.
  • Manage artwork, colour matching and approval processes with the client and internal Studio and Production teams.
  • On site management of contractors, including implementation of H&S processes and continuous best practice.
  • Follow up reviews on projects after completion, compile lessons learned and communicate to the wider business to ensure process improvement.
  • Develop additional business opportunities within client accounts, spotting opportunities and proposing creative solutions.
The skills and experience you need
  • Experience in a similar project management role (preferred).
  • Solid experience of project management processes and on site delivery of projects.
  • Ability to multi task and deliver consistently high quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills across verbal, written and presentational formats.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail across all areas of event delivery.
  • Problem solving skills - identify risks and issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • Time management skills, both independent and as part of a wider team.
  • Ability to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for own work and be open to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Flexibility, willingness to work as a team and adapt to the needs of the project/client.
  • Remain calm under pressure, demonstrate confidence and decision making qualities.
  • Quick to learn and keen to develop, showing curiosity and passion for our industry.
  • Note: as event delivery may involve unsociable hours, including weekend work, you should be comfortable with occasional non standard working times.
