Client Services Director - North England - circa £70k basic + benefits

We have a fantastic opportunityfor a Client Services Director to join a leading player in their field.

Expanding their team of industryleading experts, they are looking for a senior client services professionalwill the experience and skills necessary to help clients achieve theircommercial goals. You will work with key clients and be right by their sideevery step of the way, from initial concept to finished prototypes.

The candidate we seek will standout with their creative ideas and world-class customer service - someone whoconsistently delivers best-in class and makes our client the go to supplier intheir sector.

This Client Services Directorrole requires a solid understanding of the printing industry to consult onstrategy and insight for key clients. We seek a high calibre individual whowill provide oversight and leadership of account teams and line managers todevelop and implement the company business plan.

• You will have significant commercial experience in theprinting industry
• A proven track record of building and developing strong clientrelationships
• Experience of leading, mentoring and motivating account teamsand line managers
• Client relationship management skills including being theprimary client contact, structuring regular status and communications withclients, setting and managing expectations and deliverables, andtroubleshooting issues as they arise
• You will have the market insight to provide a consultingservice to major clients.
• Budgeting and financial management skills are key
• Capacity to provide regular strategic insights to clients ona monthly or quarterly basis that focus on high-level strategy within areas ofproduction expertise. These may include competitive analysis, market overviews,case studies, and strategy planning.
