We're looking for a strategic, level-headed senior to be the client services department within this growing agency, which is already performing really well. Someone who can take heat off of the delivery team, ask the right questions, quantify briefs, and confidently decide what this agency should (and shouldn't) take on.

This isn't about attending every meeting - it's about thinking commercially, growing clients and further down the line building out a team.

• Shape and grow our Client Services function across beauty, consumer and influencer-led work.

• Work closely with thesenior team on pipeline and growth targets.

• Lead pitches, support resourcing decisions, and ensure smooth delivery across client servicing, creative and event execution.

• Grow existing relationships, within beauty brands and spot opportunities across divisions.

• Bring strategic oversight to briefs and delivery - keeping us sharp, smart and efficient.

• An experienced Account Director or Senior Account DIrectorfrom an event/experiential or integrated agency.

• Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and a genuine team player.

• Strategic by default - you bring structure, sense-checks and solutions.

• Deep understanding of B2C, influencer andbeauty work, and able to "speak beauty" naturally.

• Entrepreneurial mindset - excited to help shape a new function and grow it over time.
