Client Services and Performance Lead

We're partnering with a leading integrated media and performance agency that is looking to hire a Client Services & Performance Lead to join their London team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who enjoys building client relationships, leading performance strategy, and delivering campaigns that drive measurable growth.

You'll work closely one major clients across a broad mix of media channels, acting as a key point of contact while partnering with internal teams across media and performance channels.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and growing key client relationships
• Leading performance-focused campaign strategy across multiple channels
• Working across digital and traditional media and wider media
• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and client growth
• Presenting insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What you need

• Agency experience within client services, media or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of performance and cross-channel media planning
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach
• Confident managing multiple campaigns and client priorities
