Overview

Position: Client Services Advisor

Company: Just Mortgages

Reports to: Financial Services Director

OTE: £35,000

A day in the life of a Lead Generator
  • Make contact with all leads provided with a view to arranging an appointment with a mortgage and protection advisor.
  • Ensure all appointments are confirmed with the customer and mortgage advisor using the pre confirmation process.
  • Ensure all appointments are booked using the outlook diary system for the appropriate Mortgage Adviser or New Build Specialist.
  • Maximise all opportunities for mortgage appointments from the leads provided.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of excellent adviser and management team relationships.
  • Work as part of the Client Services Team to assist the Operations Manager in development of new projects and working relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a good level of mortgage knowledge.
  • Regular use of your 1-31 system to keep in regular contact with customers at all times.
  • Focus efforts and actions on achieving mutually agreed business targets.

  • As a Client Services Adviser, we would expect you to; be able to communicate confidently and identify remortgaging needs for our clients.
