Client Services Advisor - Sales & Onboarding

A leading law firm in Amersham is seeking a Client Service Advisor to enhance their Client Services Team. The role involves being the first point of contact for new client enquiries, assessing client needs, and ensuring professional and sensitive communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a positive attitude. Full-time working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Training is provided, and previous telesales experience is preferred.
