Client Services Advisor - Front Desk & Walk-In Support

Citizens Advice Newcastle is seeking an experienced customer services adviser to join our busy team at Newcastle City Library, in the heart of the city centre. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will welcome and assist visitors, book appointments, and support walk-in sessions.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or with colleagues to deliver high quality customer care to people across Newcastle.
