If you are looking to move beyond administration into a more technical financial planning role, this Trainee Paraplanner position offers a clear and supported pathway. You will work closely with advisers and paraplanners, gaining exposure to research, report writing and the advice process.
This role is designed for progression into a full paraplanner position. You will build technical knowledge, develop report writing skills and gain a deeper understanding of financial planning recommendations within a structured, compliant environment.
Package & Benefits- Salary £26,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will be joining an established financial services business focused on delivering consistent, compliant and client-focused outcomes. The environment is structured and professional, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, teamwork and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
- Conduct research on pensions, investments and financial products to support adviser recommendations.
- Assist paraplanners and advisers with technical analysis and case preparation.
- Maintain accurate client data and ensure documentation meets compliance standards.
- Experience in financial services administration or client servicing roles.
- Exposure to financial planning, pensions, investments or regulated financial products.
- An interest in progressing into paraplanning or technical financial services roles.
