A well-established and growing financial services brokerage is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to join its busy and collaborative team based in Dublin 6.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services administration and a strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisers, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing new business applications from submission through to completion
• Delivering ongoing client administration and servicing support
• Liaising with clients and product providers to ensure efficient case progression
• Maintaining accurate client records, CRM systems, and compliance documentation
• Supporting financial advisers with day-to-day administrative requirements
• Monitoring and progressing cases to ensure deadlines and service standards are met

About You

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a financial services brokerage or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
