Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for supporting both institutional and retail clients across the UK and European markets.# What you'll do Assist the Institutional client service team in providing market-leading support to our European partners & underlying client base Develop a deep understanding of the introducing broker relationships we have in place & their specific services Build a comprehensive understanding of IG's products & capabilities Operating across the full sales cycle from first contact to ongoing support Gathering information to understand the goals of our clients, explaining and tailoring solutions to meet those needs Gain a strong understanding of various financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds and commodities Answering queries, resolving disputes & explain complex financial products with clarity Local office collaboration - working closely with our European offices in client support# What you'll need for this role Fluency in French is a must have (additional languages are an advantage) 1-2 years experience in sales/client service role with a strong interest in working in the financial services industry A strong client focus & commercial attitude Ability to build relationships with both financial institutions & individual retail clients# How we work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
