Client Retention Quality Assurance Lead

PHMG is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the internal audit function within the Client Services team in Manchester. You will oversee quality across client engagements, reporting on processes and data trends to ensure high standards and drive improvements that strengthen client retention and product implementation.

The role reports to the Head of Global Quality Assurance and the VP of Client Support.
