Client Reporting Associate

We are looking for a Client Reporting Associate to join our Client Operations team, based in London. As a fast-growing company of over three hundred people, the candidate will help drive our trade settlement activity, client reporting production processes as well as direct involvement with client teams.
The business offers bespoke reporting solutions to a wide-ranging group of clients, hence attention to detail and a willingness to learn is a crucial skillset in this role. While the responsibilities listed below will be fundamental and core to the role, there may be occasions where the candidate assists in other areas, with the opportunity for progression into multiple specialist functions within the Client Operations team.
Position Responsibilities and Attributes- Understand our clients and their portfolios, supporting client teams in managing relationships and ensuring efficient, accurate and risk-free operations processes.
- Prepare and review performance reports, accurately and on time as part of the annual reporting cycle.
- Reports include monthly flashes and quarterly client performance statements, annual client tax reports, client invoice calculations in line with client fee agreements, annual costs & charges reports and additional bespoke and ad hoc reports to support client meeting materials.
- Investigate reporting errors or issues as identified by the internal system's automated checks, data validations or by other reviewers.
- Collaborate with Client Experience & Client Operations functions to coordinate client transfers and set ups, including client onboarding and the transfer of assets between custodians and entities.
- Evaluate and input client trade confirm information. Proactively monitor trade settlements across investments including mutual funds, daily dealing funds, hedge funds, private equity and cash.
- Liaise with custodians, brokers and other third-party service providers to query discrepancies.
- Adhere to Partners Capital trade settlement policy and procedures.
- Support process enhancements and team projects under the direction of Senior Associates/Principals.
- Develop a strong relationship with internal teams to better understand key processes across the company.
- Be responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team
- Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels

- Have a strong academic record, including a Bachelors Degree or equivalent with a Maths A-Level preferred; or approximately 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Investment operations experience or internships preferred, but not required.
- Can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and be very comfortable working with numbers.
- An ability to prioritise daily workloads whilst working efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced investment environment.
- Be an articulate self-starter with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with peers and senior members of the wider team.
- Have a high degree of integrity and professionalism and be a collaborative "team player".
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
