We are seeking an Client Relations Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Client Relations Intern role is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and financial data. They have strong administrative and analytical skills and are able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support day to day business and administrative operations
- Assist with client communication and relationship management
- Coordinate with key accounts and support account management activities
- Help prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and business documentation
- Conduct business and market research when required
- Support project coordination and follow up with internal teams and clients
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational documentation
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows and client experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Interest in business operations, client relations, and commercial strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exposure to real business operations and client management processes
- Hands on experience working with cross functional teams
- Opportunity to develop communication, analytical, and commercial skills
