Client Programme Manager

Client Programme Manager position in a mid-sized international law firm. London based, hybrid working. Highly competitive salary.

This mid-sized global law firm is looking for a Client Programme Manager to oversee a range of their Business Development (BD) and client initiatives. The main focus will be the relationship programme for their network of clients and intermediaries worldwide. The role will also support broader client development activities, including client listening initiatives and the alumni programme.

Key duties of the role will include:

1. Managing the firm's key intermediary relationships;
2. Overseeing the firm-wide intermediary programme;
3. Reporting on key outputs across the relationship programme;
4. Supporting the use of client listening tools to develop strategic relationships;
5. Ensuring the smooth operation of the key client programme;
6. Developing the firm's alumni programme;
7. Promoting the use of the firm's CRM (InterAction) for better tracking and reporting.

You will have experience managing client relationships or client programmes, either within a law firm or an equivalent professional services environment. Experience with CRM systems is essential.
