We're the team that knows how to reach the streaming generation as they listen to the audio they love, and the best ways for brands to make a meaningful connection.

We help brands and advertisers to be heard on our platform, tapping into our unique understanding of our listeners and creators to build some of the most relevant and effective ad experiences in the world today.

We don't do it alone though. We work closely with teams across the business to develop innovative content, products, and campaigns, delivering results for our partner brands and maximizing revenue for our business.

We don't just sell creative solutions to our clients and partners, we help to shape them, using our expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels, and the industry to impact the way the world experiences music and podcasts.

Partnerships

We build strategic partnerships with brands across the world, identifying new opportunities for collaboration, negotiating complex contracts, and driving ad revenue growth in line with our business ambitions.

Advertising Marketing

We help small and medium-sized brands make the most of advertising opportunities on our platform, creating and executing innovative creative strategies, campaigns, and products that drive growth for them, and us too.

Business Operations

We help the Sales community work as one, ensuring all teams are aligned in their ultimate mission and have everything they need to achieve it. We're always exploring new ways to grow, using solid advertising insights to determine what we do and where we go next.

Subscriptions

We're responsible for converting listeners to our paid tier, and most importantly, keeping them happy. Data and Insights, Brand, Marketing, Product Development - we work closely with them all to grow our listener-base in new and existing markets around the world.
