Client Manager (Qualified or QBE - 5+ Years' Experience)
Location: Swansea
Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Client Manager, or a qualified professional looking to step into a client-facing role within a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a developing business where you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and play a key role in the firm's continued growth and success.

• Review annual accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards

• Prepare and review corporation tax computations and company tax returns

• Produce and analyse regular management accounts for a varied client portfolio

• Present financial information to clients clearly, offering actionable insights

• Provide advice on accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and financial systems to support business growth

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience with 5+ years in practice

• Strong background in general practice, ideally within an accountancy firm

• Proven experience managing your own client portfolio independently

• Confident using financial software and cloud-based accounting tools (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
