Client-Focused Recruiter for Key Accounts

Gi Group is hiring a Recruiter in Bristol to own the end-to-end recruitment process for key client accounts. You will manage job briefs, candidate delivery, and workforce planning, ensuring targets are met with exceptional client and candidate experience.

The role requires proven recruitment experience, strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, and the ability to juggle priorities. A UK driving licence and access to a car for site visits are preferred.
