Job Description
The NSS Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our Cleaning and Maintenance Helpdesk and help ensure smooth project delivery across the UK. You will be at the heart of client relationships, solving problems in real time and coordinating workflow across teams.
You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and client portals, log and process work orders, schedule tasks, and assist with quotations and administration. Opportunities exist to progress within the company.
