About the RoleWe are looking for a Client Experience Manager to deliver an exceptional, seamless service to both internal and external clients. This is a highly visible, front-facing role where you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment from the moment clients arrive.
You'll play a key part in ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding client service.
What You'll Be Doing Client Experience & Front of House- Acting as the first point of contact for all client interactions (in person, phone, and email)
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a smooth, professional journey throughout their visit
- Managing client queries efficiently and delivering a high standard of service at all times
- Working closely with teams across the business to ensure client needs are met
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
- Escalating any concerns or complaints promptly and appropriately
- Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, fully equipped, and presentation-ready
- Supporting general facilities tasks, including post handling and document distribution
- Maintaining shared spaces and office equipment (including coffee stations)
- Supporting the delivery of client events and meetings
- Preparing refreshments, lunches, and catering for meetings and events
- Managing stock and ordering catering supplies
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries promptly
- Handling scanning, copying, and document management tasks
- Prioritising workloads effectively to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
- Experience within a professional services environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others
