As a Client Experience Host you will use your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from the moment they enter our showroom, to create a personal and luxury experience that goes above and beyond expectations.

You will be hands on and be involved in a variety of tasks including, spending a lot of time on the shop floor, liaising with clients, and carrying out administrative duties in the back office.

About you
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
  • Ability to build rapport and long lasting relationships with clients.
  • A great understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like.
  • Experience of working within a high performing team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
