Job Description

The role of the Client Executive is to support a busy team, working closely with the Client Managers & Client Directors, with responsibility for general campaign administration across the wider team and assisting with the planning of OOH campaigns. The Client Executive will be a highly driven and organized individual who can manage administrative functions and learn the core principles of OOH planning, building knowledge of the OOH landscape. They should be reliable with high attention to detail.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Support and deliver planning functions alongside the Client Team.
  • Produce information for smooth account management, including market data, campaign results, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Operations for campaign design, delivery, photography, and implementation.
  • Run reports and analyze programmatic campaigns.
  • Work at our agencies with the wider team twice a week.
  • Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media owners.
  • Coordinate weekly deals and market updates across the team.
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis and share insights with Managers & Directors.
  • Proactively suggest new initiatives to grow clients' businesses.
  • Utilize all tools and systems effectively.
  • Incorporate Talon insights into planning processes.
  • Follow templates and guidelines for planning and proposals.
  • Understand and communicate Talon's offerings and philosophy.
  • Attend training to develop industry knowledge and participate in the Talon Executive programme.
  • Share best practices within the team and participate in wider company initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and demonstrate respect for assets and values.
  • Participate in projects supporting social and environmental causes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Media planning or admin experience (preferred but not required).
  • Experience dealing with clients and suppliers (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic to learn and progress.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Influencing skills internally and externally.
  • Interest in personal development.
