Blue Legal has partnered with a city law firm to seek a Client Development Executive to support their team in London. The role involves working closely with the wider team to drive the firm's strategic direction, focusing on client development activities such as strategy, key pitches, and marketing aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for post-award activities, including finalising agreements, exchanging key contacts, and organising introductory meetings with client teams.
• Monitor framework activity from planning to completion, ensuring relevant parties are informed of key dates, deadlines, and rates.
• Identify client requirements, ensure adherence, and maintain updated records for added and social value.
• Collaborate with client relationship managers and cross-practice teams to develop client plans and identify opportunities within each account.
• Conduct regular client research to understand changes in their business and adapt services accordingly.
• Support the wider Business Development team in creating marketing materials and activities to meet client needs.
• Schedule key dates for contract review meetings and collate reports.
• Develop strong relationships between clients and internal teams to foster growth and increase client lifetime value.
• Contribute insights related to the re-tender/renewal process.

The Candidate:

• Experience in a legal or professional services firm.
• Previous experience in Client or Business Development roles.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness, initiative, proactivity, and independence.
