Client Delivery Lead: Product & Roadmap Champion

Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to build industry-leading product experiences for our clients. You will work closely with Kraken and third parties to define the roadmap, resolve issues, and deliver value across multiple customer journeys.

You will collaborate with operations and Kraken Technologies, manage client relationships, and guide product capability from idea to implementation, ensuring solutions meet business needs and customer expectations.
