Client Care Assistant - Veterinary Reception & Front Desk

Medivet Peterborough Bretton is seeking a Client Care Assistant on a maternity cover basis to be the first point of contact for client calls and visits. You will deliver exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues in a friendly team.

You will carry out reception duties, manage the diary, support online booking, process repeat prescriptions, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred practice.
