Client Accounts Lead - Creative Print & Merch Solutions

The Pollard Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Account Manager) to join our Exeter/Buckingham/Plymouth team. You will be the go-to contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their requirements are understood, delivered on time, and to a high standard.

You will coordinate with production, sales and creative teams across design, print, wide format, and merchandise, build strong relationships, and look for opportunities to grow business.
