Clerk of Works - Housing Development & Asset Management

Thenue Housing Association seeks a Clerk of Works to oversee development and asset management projects, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring quality, progress, and compliance across new build affordable housing, major repairs, and cyclical maintenance in Glasgow.

You will liaise with contractors, consultants, tenants, and authorities, maintaining records and reports, and applying health and safety knowledge to everyday tasks.
