Clerk of Works - Highways Agreements x2 Ref: 167250-2 Salary: £39,152 p.a. plus benefits 37 hours per week

Your next role

We are looking for three Clerk of Works to take day to day control of civil and municipal engineering works across the borough, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, to the highest design and construction standards, and without compromising existing highway or council-owned infrastructure. You'll play a key role in overseeing on site works, identifying and resolving non conformity, and working closely with engineers, developers and service teams to ensure new infrastructure is built right first time.

The ability to travel throughout the Borough will be required and access to a car, in order to make site visits and attend meetings.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
